The new and improved Avalon is back for 2024! The Avalon fillet knife is a Toor Knives original design, purpose built for tackling the heaviest fish and game on your next outdoor adventure. The new Avalon features a larger 9.0" blade and extended finger choil, making it better suited for larger salt water catches than its predecessor.
This blade's ultra-slim profile allows for extremely controlled blade manipulation, which is critical when filleting your catch. The slimmer blade design yields an edge flex, allowing the angler to easily access those hard-to-reach spots. The bevel of the blade is over an inch long, providing plenty of sharpening life. The Avalon is made to be your go to workhorse blade on any boat or dock.
The blade is finished in an uncoated steel to mitigate any blade stick when slicing through meat, which results in a smooth, unobstructed cut. The Avalon is fitted with our Toor Knives signature texture on high visibility G10 handles, adding maximum grip for when the angler is working in gloves, as well as supreme water resistance. Finally, this blade comes with a DuoTone™ KYDEX® sheath, compatible with all of our sheath mounts. Your next adventure blade awaits you!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For soft goods, please make sure you wash before deciding if it is too large or print is too heavy, as the material will shrink and the ink will flatten and have a nice vintage look to it.
